CANCELLATION

To cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. CustomerService@cpkate.com

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your CP KATE piece however if for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to return it please contact us within 14 days of delivery. CustomerService@cpkate.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your piece. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and the item must be received by CP KATE within 30 days of delivery, after 30 days from delivery the return can no longer be accepted.

If your piece arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours. CustomerService@cpkate.com

REFUNDS (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING - To return your product, you should mail your product to: Contrapuntal Kate 2111 NE Knott Street Portland, Oregon 97212.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning a piece we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
